SBYC Junior Sailing Program
The Spray Beach Yacht Club began as a sailing club in the 1920’s and is committed to continuing this tradition. The Junior Sailing Program is designed to develop knowledgeable youth sailors and instill in them a love for sailing. Our eight-week summer sailing program is designed for beginners through advanced racers ranging in age from 7 through 18. This summer’s program will run from Monday, June 23rd through Friday, August 15th. Sailors may also register for a four week session.
All of our instructors are experienced sailors and racers. Many of them have competed in local, regional, national and international events. Instructor qualifications include SafeSport certification, First Aid/CPR certification, NJ Safe Boating certification and US Sailing Level 1 coursework and/or certification.
